Selling property involves more moving parts than most retail: multiple developments, agents who bring buyers, consultants who follow up, and a pipeline that has to be tracked without losing anyone. A mini program built for the sector puts the listings and the pipeline in one place.
What the product covers

Why the lead mechanics matter
The feature that decides whether this works is lead protection. When several agents can introduce the same buyer, the system has to establish who owns the lead and for how long, or agents stop referring. The shared pool exists as the complement: leads that nobody claims go back in, so they get worked rather than abandoned.
The second is the tiered agent structure. A consultant bound to an agent, with both able to recruit further, is what lets a developer’s sales network grow without hiring. It only holds up if the commission logic is transparent, which is why commission sits in the same system as the contract.
