The Property Distribution Management System is a WeChat mini program that combines two-tier distribution marketing with the WeChat platform to build a complete marketing system: a user becomes a distribution agent by sharing, and spreads listing information to more prospective buyers.
Project background
Customer acquisition in property marketing has long been concentrated in paid platform placements, while the social chains that existing customers and brokers already have were never turned into a product. Making sharing a traceable sales path is where this system starts.
Two-tier distribution
A user who shares a listing becomes a distribution agent, and listing information spreads along the social chain to form a two-tier structure. Sales profit is distributed along the chain, so an agent’s motivation is held by the mechanism rather than by one-off campaigns.
Joined up with WeCom
The system works with WeCom customer features, so a user can talk online with the company’s WeCom support. This helps the company understand user needs better, provide more personalised service and support, and raise customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Data and decisions
The system has a simple, easy interface and flow that users pick up quickly; it also supports several data analysis and statistics functions, helping the company grasp sales and user data and make more precise marketing and business decisions.
In the end this is a property distribution tool built on WeChat and the two-tier distribution idea: for the company, a more convenient and efficient way to distribute listings; for the user, more personalised and better-supported service.
Outcome
- Sharing is counted into the distribution chain, turning a social relationship into a traceable sales channel.
- Agents and customers talk through WeCom, so conversations and customer assets stay on the company side.
- Sales and user data can be analysed, so marketing actions have a basis.
