How many people mini program development needs depends mainly on which development route you take. A fully custom mini program requires a professional team: typically a project manager, a product manager, a UI designer, front-end and back-end engineers and test engineers. If you want to build one yourself, there are currently three main routes.

1. Check for negative information. If you find large numbers of posts or articles about fraud, think twice about that company.
2. Check the company’s strength. Use search engines to learn about its technical team, funding and customer reputation, and judge its ability from that. If a company shows up completely clean, with no information at all, it is likely very small or newly founded, so choose carefully.
3. Check client cases. A company without even one case is either brand new or has only just entered this business; either way it lacks project experience and its strength is hard to judge, and partnering with it feels like being a test subject, so be cautious. For companies that do have cases, download the products they have built and try them yourself: your own experience beats anything anyone tells you.
