Now a “Standard-level Reseller Partner” on Tencent Cloud — bringing AI agent capability to the front line of enterprise digitalisation.
SHENZHEN, 3 November 2026 — XZS Technology today announced that it has passed Tencent Cloud’s partner qualification review and been accredited as an “Authorized Tencent Cloud WorkBuddy / CodeBuddy Partner”, at the partner tier of “Standard-level Reseller Partner”. The authorising entity, Tencent Cloud Computing (Beijing) Co., Ltd., has issued a formal certificate valid until 31 December 2026.
From today, the public can look up XZS Technology on Tencent Cloud’s partner directory to verify its partner status, authorised products and contact details. Directory: Tencent Cloud partner directory.
1. From “using the tool” to “being authorised”
Over the past two years AI office tools have spread through enterprises far faster than most expected. Yet the first question a company asks when it buys is rarely “does it work well?” — it is “is this vendor legitimate?”
Joining the Tencent Cloud partner programme requires review of the corporate entity, technical delivery capability and service response, among other things. The authorisation confirms XZS Technology’s identity on the vendor side: the company can lawfully resell Tencent WorkBuddy / CodeBuddy products and support customers with quotations, contracts, delivery and after-sales service, on a procurement chain that can be traced and verified.
“An authorisation is not a plaque; it is a chain of responsibility,” said Mr. Li. “Customers can find us on the platform, and if something goes wrong they can reach us. That is the precondition for putting AI on the front line of a customer’s business.”
2. Why WorkBuddy
WorkBuddy is Tencent Cloud’s AI office agent product. It inherits the agent capabilities at the core of Tencent Cloud CodeBuddy and brings intelligent support to office scenarios for both enterprises and individuals.
Unlike a purely conversational tool, WorkBuddy’s difference is that it can act: it breaks tasks down, calls tools, reads and writes local files, produces documents and spreadsheets, and — within the authorised scope — connects to context from the office ecosystem such as WeCom and Tencent Docs. For most small and medium-sized businesses this means agent capability without building a model team of their own.
That is the market opening XZS Technology identified: enterprises are not short of the will to try AI; they are short of the people who can turn that will into a working system.
3. What XZS Technology does next
The authorisation is only a starting point. XZS Technology will work across three levels.
Selection and solution design. Starting from the customer’s actual business processes, it judges which steps should go to AI and which must stay with people, and proposes a workable product mix and budget — rather than selling a package first and looking for a scenario afterwards.
Deployment and build-out. Account provisioning, permission configuration, knowledge base and connector integration, and turning the company’s business rules into reusable skills and agents, so that the tool grows into the business rather than sitting beside it.
Training and operations. Tiered training for management and front-line staff, hands-on support for the first scenarios, and observable data to answer “how much time did we actually save, and was the spend worth it?”
4. What customers get
Verifiable compliance. The partner status is publicly checkable on Tencent Cloud’s official platform, with a clear contracting, invoicing and service-responsibility entity — avoiding the authorisation risk and after-sales vacuum of unauthorised channels.
Deliverable capability. Not just an account opened, but a scenario solution that actually runs, including configuration, tuning and acceptance criteria.
Sustainable service. Localised response and hands-on support, with the solution updated as Tencent Cloud releases new versions — avoiding the “live on day one, idle afterwards” outcome.
Conclusion
Competition in AI office work is shifting from “whose model is smarter” to “who can make AI genuinely usable inside an enterprise”. For an authorised partner, the certificate matters less for the exposure it brings than for turning a plain promise into a verifiable fact: a company can hand part of its business processes to a service provider that can be found and held to account.
XZS Technology said it will next build replicable reference cases in manufacturing, trade and professional services, and deepen its cooperation with Tencent Cloud within the ecosystem.
